Chris Gangnier - Chief Executive Officer

Chris Gangnier has been with Hema-Tec Inc. since 2002 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the business including hospital relations, JCAHO compliance, and quality control. Mr. Gangnier developed the exclusive system that Hema-Tec uses for machine maintenance and quality control that has been widely praised by the Joint Commission. He is certified to perform the specialized maintenance on all of our equipment.


Brian Gangnier, R.N., M.S. - Director of Operations

Mr. Gangnier has over 37 years of experience in the dialysis field, in both managerial and clinical roles. He started Hema-Tec Inc. in Detroit, Michigan in 1997, with the goal of providing the highest quality acute dialysis services to area hospitals. Today, Mr. Gangnier serves as Director of Operations of Hema-Tec Inc., and has overall responsibility for clinical and technical operations of the company. Mr. Gangnier holds a Bachelor Degree in Nursing as well as a Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Detroit.


Glenn Anthony, R.N. - Clinical Supervisor, Acute Supervisor

Mr. Anthony has over 20 years of healthcare experience. After receiving his nursing degree from Wayne County Community College, Mr. Anthony worked in a major Detroit trauma hospital, as well as in home care and outpatient dialysis settings, before joining Hema-Tec Inc. in 2002. In his current role, Mr. Anthony is responsible for the daily activities of the program, including coverage of the daily caseload, training and orientation of new employees, hospital relations, and collection and reporting of QA and statistical data.


Steve Sloan, R.N. - Clinical Supervisor, Acute Supervisor

Mr. Sloan has over 16 years of healthcare experience with 13 of those years being in the Dialysis specialty. After receiving his nursing degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, Mr. Sloan worked in a dialysis clinic setting, before joining Hema-Tec Inc. in 2006. In his current role, Mr. Sloan is responsible for the daily activities of the program, including coverage of the daily caseload, management and scheduling of daily treatments, training and orientation of new employees, hospital relations, and collection and reporting of QA and statistical data.
