Chief Financial Officer
Paul has been integral to Hema-Tec's journey since 2005, becoming full-time CFO in 2019. He leads financial strategy, partnerships, and drives innovation. Passionate about operations, technology, and data analytics, he focuses on transforming underserved industries. His background spans healthcare, investment management, banking, and technology. Paul holds an MBA and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, where he also completed the Leaders for Global Operations program.
Outside work, he enjoys time with his wife and four children (8–16), mountain biking, fishing, backpacking, and volunteering at his local church.
