Pamela Czarnik, RN

Pam began as an EMT, and then built a successful career in IT before returning to her true passion: nursing. Her journey back to healthcare, driven by her desire to care for people, led her to specialize in Acute Dialysis after two years in medical/surgical nursing. 

Joining Hema-Tec in 2017 and becoming Clinical Director in 2021, Pam has been an integral part of the leadership team. Her diverse background allows her to connect deeply with team members, providing constant support and guidance. Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending quality time with family and friends in northern Michigan.
