April has been a key part of Hema-Tec since 2016, overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations with expertise and dedication. With a master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from St. Louis University, she brings over 20 years of nursing experience, including 15 years in critical care and five years in acute dialysis. Her passion for Nephrology and commitment to patient care are evident in her work.
In addition to her role at Hema-Tec, April practices a few days a month at a local primary care and urgent care office, demonstrating her ongoing dedication to healthcare. Outside of work, she enjoys photography and cherishes time spent with friends and family.
